Relieve the workload of managing cash flow and vendor relationships

What Pediatric practice boils down to are two things: healthcare quality and profitability. It's your job to deliver healthcare quality and ours to deliver profitability. 

We track daily cash flow across bank account(s), create a monthly budget, pay vendors, and manage payroll. But first, we look at current profitability. If it is low, we make a goal and create an objective; if it is sufficient, we ensure it's kept that way. 

If it is low, we make two assumptions: patients seen and compensation per patient. Based on this, we make a goal of patients needed to be seen daily, weekly, and monthly. The front office will schedule accordingly.
