It's great that you'd like to create a second or even third office. Perhaps you'd like to employ another doctor or perhaps you're already employing several.

Since you've already opened a practice, you're familiar with the process. We would be curious how scientific the approach was. When you apply the science, it has a great probability of stabilization. If it was sufficiently scientific, there's not much we could do to add value for the start-up process. The only things that come to mind are help securing loans, help with lease/acquisition, design, and staffing.
