The company is named after the idea, the act, and the philosophy of, kindness. It is the idea, further, that good business is done when there is a level of care between MSO and healthcare provider office. It makes the good times better and the hard times tolerable.
Practically put, the partnership between clinical entity and management entity keeps both parties accountable and honest; one does not gain without the other's.

Our Medicaid-insurance brand, founded in San Antonio's southwest side in 1987. Since we don't want locations to look too corporate, there will only be one location per city and one per rural region. This is currently the first and only location.
Aguirre Medical employs four on-site receptionists, as well as three off-site/remote front office, two referrals, and one medical records personnel. Executive Manager performs analytics for all three department's performance; general manager for all three departments; and acting general manager for the clinical operation.
Volume of patients ranges from 90 to 130 per day, with six full-time providers. As this business sees primarily Medicaid-insured patients, we plan on adding more of this brand, with Dr. Aguirre operating as supervisor over all Pediatricians and mid-level providers.
This Pediatric office is our private-insurance brand and opening its first location in Dallas. It is a one-provider location located in Lakewood's Casa Linda neighborhood in a medical office, affiliated with City Hospital White Rock. The second-story suite has an on-site pharmacy and diagnostic facility.
Much like Aguirre Pediatrics, we will have more locations, but few enough in each geographical location to ensure it doesn't feel like a chain.
This brand will kick-off in Fall '22 following the hire of a Pediatrician. He/she will influence the design to make it feel warm, and have a say in support staff hires.
This San Antonio-based office is both Pediatrics and family health. Located in prestigious Alamo Heights on Broadway Street, it only accepts private insurance and cash-pay. Dr. Aguirre exclusively treats children and adults as a primary care physician.

Before opening Aguirre Medical, which is the MSO associated with Benignus, in 2016, Mr. Aguirre received education in undergraduate and graduate finance from St. Mary's University and at Texas A&M.
"Be hearty in your approbation and lavish in your praise," a paraphrased quotation from Mr. Charles Schwab, AJ has always advocated. It was this love of working with people that enabled his ability to grow the company.
"It is my hope, privilege, and honor to serve Texas Pediatricians." This aspiration is a culmination of professional experience and personal experience with cancer.
DR. YAMINI RANGANATHAN, MBA
Executive Manager
Dr. Ranganathan came from the microbiology sciences to the business side of healthcare in 2018. In her past life in the sciences, she worked as a research scientist for Northern Illinois University, a life science consultant for Gautier Furniture and for Ennaid Therapeutics & Velocitos Inc.
