Share lease or ownership risk

You'll notice that much of our theme is "sharing risk". That's because it's a large part of the delivered value. As a physician, you're already carrying plenty of risk; as a business owner, you're likewise carrying risk. Fortunately, legislation allows healthcare-provider business-owners to share the business risk.

With that, when you share lease or ownership risk, not only is it one less responsibility for you, it is also a payable on our account and a responsibility of our company to carry the lease or the debt.
