It would be irresponsible for us to take any form of payment if your business is not stabilized. Below, you'll see how we define stabilization.
This is fundamental in our approach. You need enough revenue to, at the very least, pay bills and employees. We determine this amount by first looking at prospective salary and profit.
This is a business that you started, that you alone deliver healthcare, that you alone run the business. You deserve to get paid a fair rate. We first look at average salary in your area for your specialty. It's suggested that you make your salary 150% of average pay.
In addition to the amount you ought to pay yourself, your company needs a profit, if only for the sake of longevity.
VOLUME AND COMPENSATION
Patient volume and compensation-per-encounter will be determined by the amount of revenue needed.
